Umesh Paudel holds a graduate degree in Agricultural Science and has more than four years of experience in agricultural research and development projects in Nepal. His research interest lies in the use of technology to improve agricultural production specifically for smallholder farmers of Nepal. He is currently working in SIAS as a field-based Research Officer in Arghakhanchi for an action-research project titled, “Co-producing a shock-resilient business ecosystem for women-led enterprises in Nepal”.
