Jailab Rai, PhD scholar in Anthropology, is working as tenured Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Central Department of Anthropology, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Kathmandu, Nepal. Having more than 15 years of working experiences in diverse field including teaching, his area of interest includes community forestry, biodiversity conservation, social exclusion and inclusion, issues and knowledge of indigenous peoples, natural resources governance and community rights on natural resources.
