Sagardeep Bhusal, Project Officer

Sagardeep Bhusal holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Agriculture from the Himalayan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kritipur, Kathmandu. His agriculture background has incited his interest in NTFPs and Yarsagumba, bio-fertilizer and organic farming, sustainable agriculture, climate-smart agricultural production, and soil organic carbon. Mr. Bhusal completed his undergraduate research thesis on “Factors affecting and people’s perception on Yarsagumba (Ophiocordyceps Sinensis) at Thuliveri municipality, Dolpa”.

Mr. Bhusal is currently affiliated with the Southasia Institute of Advance Studies (SIAS) as a project officer in Arghakhanchi for an action-research project entitled “Co-producing a shock-resilient business ecosystem for women-led enterprises in Nepal”.
