SIAS has developed a Student Internship Program and hosted interns for Masters and PhD students from around the world, including from the Universities in India, Australia, the United States and Europe for the past four years. In the coming days we will expand this initiative to include more interns from South Asia as well as overseas.

SIAS has exciting opportunities and research facilities for students to learn about Nepal, South Asia, and also has extensive links in the region to help you find a local institution to volunteer and gain practical experience.

This is an open call about the availability of internships for students who are pursuing their PhD and Masters degrees in areas such as development, environment, area studies, or social sciences and technical studies on Nepal and South Asia in general.
