Simran Kharel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Kathmandu University, Nepal. Before joining SIAS, she gained valuable experience as a Communication Intern and later as a Programme Associate at ZSL Nepal. Her professional interests are deeply rooted in sustainable growth and development, with a strong focus on environmental issues, wildlife conservation, gender-based social causes, climate change and community advocacy.
