Responsibilities
- Maintain office accounts in accordance with organizational policies and prevalent government laws, especially related to Value Added Tax.
- Record and analyze financial data and information and produce periodic financial reports and forecasts, including trial balance, profit and loss account, etc.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are maintained in preparation for audit at any time.
- Reconcile bank statements, and maintain petty cash.
- Provide administrative support and handle office communications – telephone and mail.
- Manage office logistics and maintain office library and filing.
- Undertake other activities as assigned by the Director.
- Minimum qualification and skills
- Minimum BBA/BBS with accounts major.
- Good command in MS office; knowledge of excel-based accounting is a must. Knowledge of accounting software will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of audit requirements and VAT regulations of Nepal.
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral in Nepali and English languages.
