Barsha Paudel holds a Masters degree in Specialized Economics from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, but she also has a deep interest in Public Policy and Governance; her previous degree being in Engineering.
She has been working in Nepal for almost a year and in the process she has tried to increase the scope of her involvements; from NGO, IT Start-Ups to Journalism. This gave her a wide and enriching perspective in Economics, Public Policy, Governance and Society of different sectors and segments of Nepalese professional and cultural ecosystem. In such learning process, she was also interested in conducting research for understanding the Nepalese Marketplace for which she is involved with SIAS.

Her hobbies include fiction writing, photography, hiking and gardening. When free for some days, she dumps her cell phone, takes a back pack and travels wide across the country.
