Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) & Southasia Institute of Advanced Studies (SIAS) organized “Developing Research Skills: Methodological and Proposal Writing Workshop” from 23 to 24 October at NASC, Diksha Sadan, Lalitpur to enhance and build research capacity of NASC faculties and transfer practical skills to prepare research proposal. The sessions was focused on ways to carry out research by adopting a variety of methodological approaches and research techniques. Dr. Chandra Lal Pandey and Dr. Roshan Man Bajracharya, senior research fellows with SIAS, facilitated sessions on Introduction to Academic Write and Research, Philosophical Paradigms, Research Designs and Theoretical Frameworks, and tools for Developing a Research Proposal.
