Brief description of the project : This involves support for the selection, training, hands-on-mentoring and review and editing support to policy research fellows. The objective of the fellowship program is to engage mid-career policy researchers in a structured, scientific process to provide intellectual support in undertaking and to communicate policy research in critical areas of social and political relevance in Nepal. It also aims to provide policy advocates with skills essential to engage with existing public policies, offer alternatives and flag up new issues.
During the fellowship period, fellows are trained on public policy paper writing, mentored and provided with different platforms to engage in discussions related to their paper.
