Brief description of the project : The study aimed to explore the challenges and opportunities for advancing child rights in the face of changing climate in Nepal. Save the Children and Child Workers in Nepal Concerned Centre (CWIN) jointly carried out this study. It aimed to map existing policies, programs and stakeholder perceptions on addressing climate change and child rights; to identify the challenges that the children of Nepal are facing or likely to face due to multiple stresses caused by the changing climate; and to suggest interventions that could be taken up by organizations and agencies concerned with advancing child rights.
