Southasia Institute of Advanced Studies (SIAS) organized a meeting with Stakeholders on 22 December 2016 at Dharan Municipality Hall under the “Climate Adaptive Water Management Plans for Cities in South Asia (CAMPS)” project. The objective of forming a loose network of stakeholders to form Water Knowledge Forum. Its planned that this forum helped to address water related challenges and prepare climate friendly water management plan.
